We offer a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If InterviewWhisperer doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we'll refund your payment in full.
Email us at support@ellislabs.io with your license key or the email address used at purchase. We'll process your refund within 2 business days.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then. Refunds for the current billing period are available within the first 7 days of that period.
3-month plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, 3-month plans are non-refundable and will remain active until the 90-day access period expires.
